I was never much of a cook or a foodie, my specialties were always salads (nothing to do with the stove) but once the little guy started eating solids, I became much more involved in cooking, trying to ensure that he had he best, most nutritious meals. When he turned 6 months, I went back to work and leaving him every day made me more determined to make sure he had homemade meals. I was also inspired by the Cuisinart by husband inherited from his mother, she had made food for him in the same machine, some thirty years ago! 4 months later, I have created quite a list of baby friendly recipes that I felt were worth sharing and a new found love of cooking. Being a working mom I try to make things that are freezer friendly, keeping my cooking frenzies to once a week.
